1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Innovative Research & Data Solutions, LLC ("IRDS," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services Offered

IRDS provides data intelligence services including voter identification, data enrichment, identity resolution, polling, and analytics for political organizations, campaigns, and advocacy groups. Specific terms for individual client engagements are established through separate written agreements.

3. Data Collection Standards

IRDS adheres to strict ethical and legal standards in all data collection activities:

• Public data only. We collect information exclusively from publicly accessible sources. We do not access systems requiring login credentials, session cookies, or authentication bypass.
• No CAPTCHA circumvention. We do not bypass anti-automation measures deployed by website operators.
• Polite access. We implement reasonable delays between requests and respect website rate limits to avoid disrupting the services we access.
• Data minimization. We collect only the specific data fields needed for the engagement. We do not harvest unnecessary personal information.
• Source documentation. Every record in our systems includes an auditable trail of where the data originated, when it was collected, and what methods were used.

4. Sensitive Data Handling

IRDS recognizes that certain data categories require heightened care:

• Religious identification is treated as sensitive personal information regardless of whether local law requires it. We handle all religious classification data with the same care that GDPR and CCPA apply to sensitive categories.
• We do not co-mingle religious data with government-issued identifiers, financial information, or health records.
• We do not use data from sources with statutory commercial-use restrictions in client deliverables. Where a data source carries legal restrictions on commercial use, we tag those records and exclude them from any deliverable that involves compensation.

5. Vendor and Source Compliance

Before incorporating any external data source into our pipeline, IRDS documents:

• The source's terms of use, privacy policy, and any applicable robots.txt restrictions
• A risk assessment evaluating legal, contractual, and enforcement exposure
• Specific compliance measures required for that source

Sources that fail this review are not used. Sources that pass are monitored for policy changes.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients receiving data from IRDS are responsible for:

• Using the data only for the purposes defined in their engagement agreement
• Complying with all applicable laws governing their use of the data, including but not limited to Do-Not-Call regulations, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state privacy laws
• Not reselling or redistributing IRDS data to third parties without written authorization
• Implementing reasonable security measures to protect the data
• Destroying or returning data within the timeframe specified in the engagement agreement

7. Website Usage

Use of the IRDS website (innovativedata.us) is permitted for lawful purposes only. Users may not:

• Interfere with website operations or security
• Attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the site without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Innovative Research & Data Solutions, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and data are provided "as is" and "as available." IRDS makes no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all data is complete, current, or free of errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

IRDS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless IRDS, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Colorado.

13. Amendments

IRDS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
